New products in the Anja®-product line at the Fakuma 2018

Once again, almaak international GmbH will be presenting some new developements this year:

almaak international GmbH has already presented the Anjatech® PA6 R250-KF10 with 100% recycled carbon fibers at the Fakuma 2017.
The portfolio has now been expanded by Anjatech® PP 850-KF10 and Anjatech® PC/ABS 055/80-KF10. Using recycled carbon fibers, these products combine the current demands of the industry – especially the automotive industry – from sustainability through the use of recycled raw materials and innovation through the achievement of technical specifications that are almost virgin grade. The topic of lightweight construction will be further supported with this product.

Further custom-oriented developements are Anjatech® PP800V-DE and Anjatech® PP800V-E. Both products are high-impact PP compounds based on PP homopolymers, which are characterized by an excellent combination of strength and stiffness properties with very high toughness. Glass fiber reinforced PP compounds such as Anjacom® PP 850-GF30 are now part of the almaak portfolio. In order to promote the topic of sustainability, these products can be presented both as primary goods and as industrial quality (IQ) with almost the same mechanical properties.

Anjatech® PC/ABS R050/75S-GM, a further developement of Anjacom® PC/ABS R050/75S, is a friction-optimized PC/ABS type.The material is characterized by various excellent properties – the very good strength and stiffness properties with high toughness, very good flowability and high heat resistance. It has also been modified specifically for the interior area to reduce or prevent unpleasant creaking noises from sliding plastic components.

Another new product of the Anjacom®line is Anjacom® PA/ABS 025/20-GF20. This product is a 20% fiberglass filled PA/ABS-Type and has an excellent combination of strength and stiffness properties with high toughness. Noteworthy is the good flowability and a low density of 1.20 g / cm³. In addition, the material already used in series has very good damping properties and can be used in a variety of ways.
